Have fond memories of shaded walks across campus? Do you have a favorite tree at the College? Thank Father Thomas Kenny.
Father Thomas Kenny (1926 – 2008) served as vice president for financial affairs at Merrimack, but his larger legacy can be seen on its grounds. During his tenure, he led efforts to beautify the campus by planting trees in empty lots that once served as hayfields for a horse farm.
Today a dedicated grounds crew keeps the campus lush and green.
