Since its inception in 2011, we’ve worked proudly with Team IMPACT, an organization that partners with collegiate athletic programs to provide support for children facing serious and chronic illnesses. Team IMPACT tackles the social isolation commonly associated with childhood sickness with a two-year therapeutic program— with the goal of forming life-changing outcomes.

In the time since this partnership began, 27 children have been matched with 17 of Merrimack’s Warrior athletic teams—with no plans of stopping! According to President Christopher E. Hopey, “The ongoing partnership will now reach more children facing health and social challenges while also enhancing the educational experience we are able to give our student-athletes throughout their time as Warriors.”
